Position Description:
- Assisting with the development of the firm’s multi-year strategic business plan and financial model
- Managing quarterly budgeting and financial goals analysis
- Developing dashboards to help track progress and set key performance indicators across all key firm functions integrating the business from fundraising through talent management and recruiting
- Assisting with quarterly financial statement preparation and reporting, including engaging with 3rd party administrators
- Supporting payroll process, including expense management
- Incentive compensation and profit sharing planning, tracking, and documentation
- Assisting with the processing of confidential payments and related banking matters
- Assisting with business tax planning and forecasting
- Further develop the diagraming of processes and work-flows
- Helping to manage Internal audit of processes (ensuring rules being followed, tracking completion of tasks)
- Conducting strategic research projects related to firmwide growth initiatives and implementing best practices
Preferred Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of financial modeling and forecasting experience working at or for investment firms
- Strong dynamic financial modeling skills
- Familiar with financial accounting
- Demonstrated track record of managing confidential information in a business setting
- Excellent project management and organizational skills; ability to effectively prioritize multiple projects with the highest attention to detail
- Creative problem-solving ability and sound judgment – ability to use own initiative and take responsibility for decisions
- Strong interpersonal skills with capacity to interact with all levels
- Capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment
- Team player with a demonstrated great attitude
