NBMC is seeking a highly organized Program Coordinator to support training delivery, partner coordination, and continuous improvement initiatives connected to the Settlement Sector Academy and related sector programs. This role is responsible for planning and coordinating learning opportunities, strengthening collaboration with settlement partners, and ensuring consistent, high-quality program delivery across New Brunswick.
Key Responsibilities

Coordinate end-to-end training cycles, including scheduling, registration management, facilitator coordination, materials preparation, and post-session follow-up.

Develop and maintain program tracking tools (attendance, participant feedback, outcomes) and standardized reporting templates.

Support coordination with settlement organizations, community stakeholders, and program partners to align planning, communication, and delivery.

Assist with event logistics for sector gatherings, workshops, and learning sessions (venues/virtual platforms, agendas, participant communications, and materials).

Maintain clear and up-to-date program documentation, including SOPs, playbooks, templates, and checklists to ensure consistent delivery.

Monitor delivery progress, identify risks early (capacity constraints, scheduling conflicts, resource gaps), and recommend practical solutions.

Provide administrative and operational support to ensure timelines, deliverables, and program requirements are met.
Qualifications

Diploma or degree in Program Management, Adult Education, Public Administration, or a related field (or an equivalent combination of education and experience).

Minimum 2 years of experience coordinating programs, training, or events (non-profit or government experience is an asset).

Strong organizational skills with proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

Excellent stakeholder communication and documentation skills, with attention to detail and follow-through.

Proficiency with MS Office and/or Google Workspace; experience with CRM or LMS platforms is an asset.
